As registered contractors of Derbyshire County Council, we can provide professional and reliable and services to ensure safe and accessible driveways to your property that are compliant with local regulations.

  • Step 1 – Planning permission

    Apply for planning permission, via your local planning office, if required

  • Step 2 – Local authority permission

    Choose your contractor to carry out the works, they must:-

    • Be National Road and Street Works Act Accredited  – tick maybe include the Streeworks logo here – see below
    • Must provide a 2-year guarantee – tick 
    • Must carry public liability insurance to a minimum of £5m – tick
    • Provide a reference number for your application to the local authority – please email or call our office can we have a call to action button here?
